Leading Hotels 19.28 Promotion Worked!

Looks like all went according to plan for the Leading Hotels of the World this time around. We managed to place our own order for a room with no technical breakdown at all. We did only try towards the end of the 80 minutes, but the team over at Hotel Chatter were on the ball and live blogged the whole affair, managing to place an order with ease.
We will be very surprised to get a room given our late entry, but at least LHW have managed to save some face after the disastrous first attempt at what was a great promotion.
Add a comment below if any of you out there were successful at getting a room, we would be interested to see if it really worked.

It did also not work for me the second time, as I was not even informed about when the second attempt would be, even though I was registred well in advance to the first time.
I will never ever again try to book any of my hotelstays via LHW.
